Default Codes p0131 p0151 p1131 p1151 and rough idle

I own a 99 4.6 xlt expedition recently the CEL has come on and I am getting the above codes and has begun to idle rough going from about 700rpm to below 500rpm. Gas mileage has always been below what the "average" is suppose to be but lately seems to be getting worse. Any suggestions on how to fix these problems other than replacing o2 sensors and do I has to replace all 4.

I would start by looking for a vacuum leak..... they can cause havoc on these motors and cause every code to come up.....
