Yes check all the vacuum lines in the engine bay, but they also continue inside the cabin behind the dash. Ive seen them crack at the rubber grommet where they feed into the fire wall.
That entire assembly is the intake manifold. Over time on the 5.4 and 4.6 the plastic gets brittle and cracks. A new intake manifold will come with the aluminum cross member. Fairly easy job if your machanicly inclined. You can get it from Ford or Dorman. When i bought mine it was about $400...
That noise your hearing is the ac clutch cycling and the Freon moving through the evaporator. I know you said the pressures were good but that noise is telling me the system is low on Freon. Another thing to check is the AC compressor, it could be worn out and not moving enough Freon. With the...
I’m willing to bet that its the clutch pack in the LSD. Not sure how long this has been going on but after a few months that shutter will get significantly worse. If it in fact it is the clutch pack
You can try this website. Not sure if it will be much cheaper.

There’s probably is a code however its going to be a “Ford” code meaning you will need a Ford scan tool or a scan tool that can read manufacture codes. Also we dont have the vehicle the physically look at so everyone’s response is going to be a guess.
Here’s another option.

first i would check the fuel inertia switch. I dont think it will help in this situatin but its worth a try. Its located just under the dash on the passenger side on the right. theres even a little picture with an arrow pointing to it. the top should be a red rubble cap/button. just press it...
the drip from the body mount is most likely from the ac and the drip coming from the shield is going to be from the condensation from the exhaust. the fact that the liquid is clear means its nothing bad. Oil id brown and coolant is orange.
