2003 Exp Steering knock over bumps
You haven't checked the most obvious part, the noise is coming from the sway bar end links. I've replaced them with lifetime replacement units from Napa only to have them fail again a few months later so I went back with OEM Ford units.- bubbadabulldawg

I resolved my problem with the radio restarting when I turn on the headlights and high beams by building a relay harness to power the low beams and running power directly from the battery. Plugs changed at dealer, now rough idle in gear??

How to remove 2004 XLT overhead console
I dropped the headliner down so I could slide the plywood above it. My monitor is a 13" so before I had put the wood up there I traced out the monitor onto the wood and then added about an inch to each side before I cut the wood so when I screwed the monitor to it, it was sandwiched evenly.- bubbadabulldawg

I'm looking into upgrading to 35w AC ballasts w/5000k bulbs for low beams and 55w AC ballasts w/5000k bulbs for the high beams, is this setup going to give me any problems? Cheapest place for Replacement TPMS Sensors?
Did you try to have them programmed to the truck? They put out the same 315mHz that the 03-04 sensors do but if you did try and they didn't program. How to remove 2004 XLT overhead console
I installed an aftermarket stereo with a harness adapter that plugs into the factory wiring and spliced the switched power off of that to the monitor and as for the sound it came from the stereo to the speakers because the aftermarket stereo had a built in dvd player.- bubbadabulldawg
