    No idea if this is true but what I do know is once I replaced the pads on mine with new pads the excessive wear in the rear went away.

    I can't say I have had any issues with the keypad on my 2020. Seems to work the first time every time. Maybe hit the dealer up and see if they think the pad is working correctly, or maybe you are doing something not quite right with it. My experience has been great.

    I did two things to seriously mitigate the delayed shift from gear 4 to 3

    I have a delay in 3-4 and 7-8, maybe I should try this before going to the dealer to see if clearing the learned data helps. Is the OBDlink MX+ the best bet?     You are just talking the little yellow light on the 2h button? That is lit up if you are in 2h, if in 4A the light on the 4A button is lit up.
