If you have Forscan you can enable Police mode which disables all interior and puddle lights when the door is opened and a silent mode that AFAIK ensures the lights dont turn on when approaching the car or unlocking, some googling of police mode, dark mode silent mode will get you the info you want
Mine lasted 3.5 years (Alberta winters too) before replacing but even with a new AGM, battery monitor reset etc the low voltage cutoff kicked in on the new battery after about a year. I have a battery tender that's AGM compatible but I agree with the above, Fords low voltage logic vs letting the...
Sorry I dont know when it became a thing. Not my graphics and blurb, copy pasted from ecoboost forum. Maybe someone there might know.
Where I stole from
But judging by posting date since always
Only one thermostat, it was always a cold side thermostat on these engines. The upgraded part bit is that the factory thermostat had a habit of sticking after a while so , I believe, since August 2022 a revised thermostat is now used with the plastic part.

TDLR; 3.5 Ecoboost uses a cold side thermostat, use Motorcraft part number HL3Z8575B
Recently I noticed my temperatures fluctuating a lot more than usual, driving on a straight flat road, no wind, temps would climb up to 107 to 109 (225f to 228f) and I could hear the fan roaring. Then for no...

Drove mine down to Flagstaff in August, over the Hoover dam in 45C, Grand Canyon to Vegas in +40C, never an issue.
But I was on vacation so typically motoring along which always helps the AC dissipate heat. But even pootling around Vegas on the strip and general slow poke driving while sight...
