    2012, Im the original owner, 200,000 miles on the tranny and its being doing it for years.. I took it to my mechanic years ago and he said dont bother till it breaks.. Sometimes it does it other times not.. it depends how I slow down..

    Alarming issues

    I had the same issue with mine.. fixed it, under the hood, drivers side there is a pressure switch that works when the hood is up or down... if the switch is bent.. might not close the circuit and will think the hood is opened.. hence the alarm... my switch was slightly bent, straighten it out...

    Ecoboost Oil Change

    I know this thread is old...but..,I have a 2011 Expedition and I bought a Harbor Freight oil extractor..but the plastic tubing will not go all the way down the dipstick tube...What type of extractor did you use..Thanks
