    Engine Swap

There was a lot of fab involved, that's for sure. I've thought about it more than once, but I'm thinking more along the lines of running either black diesel or veggie oil.

    Running Board Removal

Yep. Here is the plug on the drivers side, towards the front of the truck. It is just setting against the frame as it's so short it won't go anywhere: This is the passenger side in the back. I just tucked it over the frame: This is the bag of bolts you'll end up with when you're done...

    Lifting 1st gen

I've got those on the back of mine, with the torsion bars cranked. To my eyes, it sits level.

    Running Board Removal

The drivers side plug is towards the front of the boards, and the passengers is towards the back. Just unplug and tuck. The lights will stay in the boards. Best thing I ever did. I hated those things.

    First Expedition

Welcome, and you have 4 corner air. If it's just sagging in the back, check the coupler underneath the air filter. They are notorious for going bad. You used to be able to get just that hose section from Ford for $30.

    Engine Swap

He ran the 5-spd because he didn't want to pay for the adapter plate or the box to control the transmission. The 4BT will bolt up to the auto, it just costs more money. And his is an 03, supposedly the swap is way simpler in a 1st gen.

Happy medium between straight pipes/regular muffler

Ugh...no work has been done on the poor Expy. I don't know which is worse...having to work or dealing with crappy weather.

    Is this OEM?

If they are, I've never seen any mirrors like that before. Must have been one of those catalog order's from the dealer.

    Clay Bar

Finally used one of these for the first time, and wow what a difference! Well, at least until all the rain cropped up this week. Only downside, it must have taken me 4 hours to do it! Not bad for 12 year old factory paint.

    Anyone with wheel spacer experience?

The other supposed benefit to the hubcentric is that it takes the stress of the wheel off the studs, as all they are doing is holding the wheel on, as opposed to keeping the wheel centered. I don't know how accurate it is, but that is what I read somewhere. And if I read it anywhere on the...

    Anyone with wheel spacer experience?

I'm making sure they are steel and not aluminum studs. I think I'm going to try and find a set of hubcentric ones though, since these aren't.

    Rain-X Latitude wiper blades (review)

I put a set on last weekend, and the only complaint, if you can really call it that, is for some reason the passenger side doesn't sit all the way down, so there is like 2 square inches at the bottom of the wiper sweep that don't get wiped. Aside from this VERY small glitch, they're some of the...

    Anyone with wheel spacer experience?

    Ford Emblem in billet grille?

It should. The only thing you might need is a couple of short straight flat pieces for the back side of the grill.

Freshening up the Interior with SEM products

No.. I should have taken some, but I honestly didn't expect them to turn out like they did, so I didn't plan on taking pics/posting them up. I will snap some of the gauge/radio bezel this weekend so I have some before/after pics. For plastic I used the Color Coat line.

Freshening up the Interior with SEM products

Pics! I should have taken some before pics, but if any of you know how the brown wears to the black, and they just don't look right anymore, you'll see the difference. Stayed with the stock color, since I actually like it. I still have to do the radio and gauge bezel, but wanted to try a...
