Both front hub assemblies (I still hear grinding though so gotta get that figured out), rear blower motor along with fixing the ducting that came apart and brand new Michelin tires.
Thought I'd give an update as I was finally able to get it in.
They could not duplicate the issue with the AC so no fix was offered there. Also, they couldn't find the TSB in the database so the one you provided me, which I gave to them, was ignored. Claimed ford must have thought it was no...
First one yes. Second one no.
Seems like this is a big issue for Ford. Lots of issues with the refrigerant and system in general.
I'll look more into the first one. Thanks for sharing.
OK. So this one is throwing me off.
About a month ago, the AC started to get warm after 20-30 minutes. This was also accompanied by a decrease in blower speed. Turning the system off for 5 minutes resets whatever was the issue. Was happening in the front and the rear. It does seem to get...
So about a month ago the CEL popped up and I stopped at the local AZ for some free assistance. 02 sensor codes popped on and I chalked it up to an 08 with 162,000 miles. 1 month later under hard gas pedal pressure, little acceleration is happening. I take it in and am told both converters are...
So mine is doing it too. Same symptoms. 2008 with 163,000miles. Not knowing if it's ever had a filter and fluid change before, is there too many miles to do one now?

New wheels and wrapped the chrome roof rack bars gloss black. I thought all the chrome was finally gone and realized I still have the damn exhaust tip.
I wrapped the fender and doors all separately so I could wrap around the edges of them.
Most of the time, the whole vehicle side is laid out and then the 1 piece of vinyl is cut at the door seams
it's usually a 60" roll. Out of the 375 sq Ft I started with I probably only have 10 sq Ft left over. A lot of that though is how I did it. a few inches of overlap on every piece really ate up the roll.
Depending on how you do it that could be enough to do that car. Do a lot of measuring...
I haven't worked with other vinyls but the avery I thought was really nice. I didn't rip any of it and there was a point I tried. A little heat and it always returned to its shape. I watched some videos on YouTube of ckwraps and they were pretty helpful learning to do it. with a little heat...
I had to do it in 5 pieces. Not because I wanted to but I was running out of vinyl and didn't have a piece big enough to do the whole bumper at once. I will admit, it probably would have been pretty hard.
I used Avery Matte Night Blue Metallic. Overall we like it but I wanted something a...
I've had this truck about 4 years now and overall its been great. 2008 Limited with all the options. I have the same issues others have had especially with peeling paint and I couldn't take it anymore. Fixed the rust. Filled some holes and wrapped the whole truck. Overall i'm pretty happy...
