some fog and some dont, its all just a matter of the seal that you get from the factory. If the silicone doesnt work you could try drilling a VERY tiny hole in the bottom. I've done this on lights and its a pretty good fix.
if yours is 2wd though you will have to go much higher than dave because hes got about 2 inches more than you stock since he is 4x4. if he gets the body lift to work see if he can help you out because your in a bit of a jam with your 2wd and 33s may be the only option.
thanks for the post, just went through the car and it turned out that it was a fuse.. crazy how the car was doing exactly the same thing as when the pump went out the first time.
yeah its an 01 and that would be greatly appreciated because my fuel pump just went out again after about 2 months :/ i think i may have to bite the bullet and spend the money and get an oem part. im going to try and do it myself this time because labor is killer on price, my cars been down for...
hey elvato my fuel pump just went out again and i cant afford to take it in i need to do it myself, can you send me those instructions? my car is just sitting in my yard
thanks, again your truck looks great post some pics of the body lift when you get it all done. im in the process of getting one for mine but i still have some things im trying to figure out on what i want to do to get the lift i need.
can you give me measurements from your hub to the top of your fender? or from ground to top of fender? i need to figure out how much i need to lift it to tuck the 35s
if the truck is pulling one way or the other it could be the alignment your just going to have to check by letting go of the steering wheel on a level road to see if it pulls. The shaking under breaking seems to me like a warped rotor or caliper im sure others with more experience will chime in.
looks good, quick question for you i want to run a set of 35s on my 2001 eb but they dont make lifts for them.. do you think i would have enough room to stuff them if i crank the torsion keys 3 inches and 3 inch spacers in the rear for the air ride? i want to put a body lift but i think it will...
i was also wondering the same thing i have an 01 EB but from what ive seen the only option is a 6" lift for the 4x4.. from what ive seen the body lift kit will not work for the rear air suspension. looking around i see that fabtech offers a 3.5" lift kit with new spindles, shocks etc. thats all...
thanks for your help, thats the wheel i was just looking for just in black the same seller has them in a 6 lug :\. Is the 5X5.5 the same as 5X135? i noticed that at the top of the ebay link but everytime i search at websites it only comes up as 5X135 for expeditions. thanks again
if you want to black out your taillights the product is called nightshades. i think i payed 11 bucks for the can. what i did for mine was first remove your lights, then i wet sanded them just to make the paint stick a little better, cleaned them off real good. next you just spray it on in thin...
wondering how hard it would be to change from the 5X135 lug pattern on my 2001 to a 6 lug. looking at getting some new wheels and the selection for the 5 lug is much smaller and the wheels i want i can only find in a 6 lug for a decent price, they are the american racing cryptic wheels. if...
nice looking truck, you should look into that fusion paint that everyone talks about and paint your gray trim black to match, along with nightshades on your tail lights to give it a blackout lookout. love the off road look very nice
