Sync 3 will not hard reset

Fuel nozzle shuts off when filling
Hi gang, When I go to fill up, IF I'm 1/4 tank or below, the auto shut off will keep shutting off. Once I get around the half tank mark it is ok and I can hold it wide open. 2020 King Ranch. ID this belt?
My wife was driving the truck and when she got out she said that this belt fell on the ground. It is about 4" dia and about 1/8" thick. It can be an o-ring. She thought it came from inside the truck as she got out. Can anyone identify it. 2020 Expedition King Ranch.- Bailey
