Anybody Want 2003 - 2006 Expo Long Tube Headers

I made 3 sets when i made mine they were originally lt for 2001 - 2004 Ford Lightnings that i had to cut repipe and modify to fit around frame and shock mounts but they fit perfect like i said i have 2 sets

i realize they prolly wont do much for performance on stock 5.4 or 4.6s maybe 15hp but they will make ur truck sound nice with some flowmasters, I made them cuz my truck is running a lightning swap 5.4 with a whipple and 23 Psi Boost I needed them and thought that there might be some intrest form someone i can sell them for 850.00 they are steel and heatpainted black

i will post pics of them on my truck along with pics of them on a bench

u need to relocate ur 02s as they only have 1 set of o2 mounts preferably tune out the downstreams and move the upstreams to the bottom of the tube

when you say lightning swap, does that mean you put in a 2v engine?

Yes sorry they will only fit 2V I kno some 03 and 04s i think cam with 2v 4.6s and possibly 2v 5.4??

and yes my truck is a 2003 Lightning 2V

i did it in my shop in st pete fl all i do is custom work but in just parts for the engine and transmission 6-7k It has a built to the hills 4R100 with custom TCI 3500rpm Converter Glycol intercooler with C02 Sprayer 200 Shot of Progressive Nitrous ZEX Wet System along with brand new Katzkin Black Leather interior as of 2 months ago 2011 Expo Chrome Wheels and tires 15" Steels with MT ET Streets for the track, New Paint (Black) Limo tint all theway around including windsheild 2" Eibach drop all together in parts 10 - 12k labor a million dollars LOL

Im guna be doing a whipple 3v build on a guys expo from tampa fl he looking at about $6500 and about 500hp when done that includes everything he drops off truck picks up a 500hp whipple truck

If u bring ur truck to st pete ill tune ur computer for another 20 - 30 hp and better gas mileage if u put one of my stickers on ur back window

I have not heard of anything. I would but my weekends are full with baseball for my two boys and going back to school right now.

I'm all for that but how????? I thought a tuner can only be used for one vehicle????

I can tap ur computer burn the rom edit the rom rewrite the rom with Delt force tuning software on my laptop real tuning not some bogus push a button and wahlah every truck is different everytruck needs diff tuning

im going to have to wait till I get another whip but I'd love to rebuild my truck for power

hmmm? vacation is one thing im good at, I'd prob transpo the truck though. maybe a christmas gift to myself? the coolest thing i have on my truck for performance is a flowmaster. do you guys do bodywork aswell?

I do custom sheet metal work and custom panels but as far as like skim coat or pulling dents and painting i leave tht to professional body man, I build shit to go fast and look pretty under the hood my body/paint guy makes it pretty when im done on the outside lol leme kno if u ever seriously wana send it over ill pm u some pics of the shop and expos and other cars i have done

Nice. I would want paint too, I want to go all white and white face on rims
