While I like to think of myself as a man of wealth and taste, that's about as close as I get to the Prince of Darkness!
I'm a recent retiree who has just acquired a new (to me) 2001 Expedition XLT. Being a life-long Iowa vehicle, it has more than its share of rust, but since I got this beast for a project vehicle as well as for transportation, no worries! I actually bought this from a neighbor's estate who, in turn, bought it from a farmer's estate. While it has been kept up mechanically, I can't say as much about its cleanliness, but ah well. Nothing a jug of Simple Green, a bucket of water and some elbow grease won't correct. I joined the forum in the hope that I can pick some fellow Expedition owner's brains when it comes to troubleshooting whatever ills may come our way.
No pictures yet, but stay tuned!
