TCU location

Does anyone know where the TCU

TELEMATICS COMMUNICATION CONTROL MODULE UNIT is in the gen 4 expedition? After a long rabbit hole of research on why my Ford pass just randomly stopped working I suspect that the TCU is faulty.​

I know this is an old thread, but for anyone looking in the future, per my 2019 wiring diagrams the TCU is under the center of the dashboard, above the transmission hump, presumably forward of the cellular charging pocket.
