I am about to replace my endlinks because I had them overtightened and messed them up. Oops...
So I have read all the posts about triming the links to fit but there is conflicting info on length of the brass spacer.
When I installed I believe 5280tonage or hellwig suggested trimming 1/2 inch off. Then another post suggested cutting them to 3.5 inches which is an entire inch off. Can anyone chime in and tell me which is correct?
(The links are 4.5 out of box)
