Been searching around, doesn't seem to be a SCT tune file for this yet -- anyone know who is working on this or can provide details of any tune shops working a 2023 3.5L high output version? From what I read it is the same as the 2022 f-150 powerboost but I can't get confirmation if SCT devices support it yet?

HP doing anything with it yet? I see tranny mods with HP -- probably want to look into that too but I digress...

Livernois has tuned these SUVs already. SCT is a canned tune and therefore will not net any worthwhile gains. I would go with Livernois. Also, the tuning cant be same as Powerboost because one is hybrid other is not.
