Gonna be hard to make your Expedition into something it's not, honestly. That said - and I have no idea if this is even possible - have you considered looking into a weight reduction for it? I remember a quote from someone in MotoGP racing... horsepower makes you go fast in a straight line - lighter weight makes you go fast everywhere.

It's more cost effective to add power to a vehicle in this class. Lotus built an entire business off addition lightness because once the car is done, the opportunities to shave a noticeable amount weight are limited. Many people run tunes on the Ecoboost without any issues. Just need to be reasonable with expectations.

Gee, my 2018 thanks to 5 star makes right at 500 h.p at the wheel 498. Something on a hot day. I e got 89k miles trouble free on it tune installed at 500 mile.
I don't drive like a moron . As a former pro drag racer I can say it's more fun than my Corvette.

my stock 2019 stealth with the default 375HP Ecoboost is way plenty fast enough to get into all kinds of trouble, especially considering its a 6000 lb SUV empty, 7500 lb loaded. drives hugely better if you use Sport mode, so the throttle is more responsive and it downshifts faster. be nice to that transmission if you want it to last.
