I'm getting confusing info. I found instructions on line how to change cabin filter in 2000 Expedition, but then I also found info on how to install one, because Ford did not plan on it and it requires cutting into ductwork. So the question is - is there or isn't there a cabin filter for 2000 Expedition?

The 2000 model does not have a cabin air filter.. I had a 98, 05 & 08 expedition and none of them had a cabin air filter.

My '99 EB 5.4 doesn't have one.

Of all the features available on relatively modern vehicles a cabin filter is the only one I wish my 2004 Expedition had.
