Customer Satisfaction Program 24B25 - Certain 2022-2024 Expedition/Navigator Vehicles - Rear Seat Entertainment Screen Software Update
This most recent CSP did not fix the battery drain issue in our 2022 Navigator. I verified we had newer versions than what the CSP says to have. Left our car parked for a week at the airport. Made sure our RES screens were turned off when we left. Came home to a completely dead battery...- Texag12
