2015 Ecoboost Cam phaser rattle an issue

Is this an issue for the 2015 Expedition for the 3.5 Ecoboost? All of the information that I have read seem to point to later year models The recalls I have seen are for 2018 and later. I had thought I heard the dreaded rattle one a cold morning and haven't heard it since.

Update to my original post. I am going to say that I have the dreaded Phaser Rattle. I have 152K miles and just recently purchased. Going to go the dealer and see what we can work out.

Here is the link of the rattle. Can anyone tell me that it is something else?
