3rd Row 60/40 Seats Won’t go upright 100%

2020 Expedition - 3rd Row “40” split seat will no longer match the “60” seat in the fully upright position. It remains reclined a couple of inches. Otherwise it works as designed. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

There have been several posts regarding the issue with the third row seat on the fourth generation Expedition models. You may want to do a search and some reading.

Some reported that a seatbelt latch would interfere with the full-raising of one or more of the third row seat backs.
