Hello everyone! I'm Spencer, a noob. I'm just wondering if anyone knows where I could find high-quality car parts for a 2010 Ford Expedition, such as a throttle body. A friend recommended me to check Car-stuff for an aftermarket throttle body. I am still curious to gather information as to whether it is worth it to purchase this. Hope to hear your suggestions. Thanks! :)

from what i have heard, at least on 1st gens, throttle body spacers are a waste of money. more of a placibo effect than anything else.

Agree. You won't get the true benefit of a larger TB until you are at a higher HP. I would get a tune, CAI, exhaust, then maybe the TB (in that order). But the TB will most likely not amount to a whole lot. If you have a forced induction, it means more.
