If at a certain RPM, it could very well just be a loose heat shield that is rattling. Sometimes a rattle can be sound like a grinding.....

I checked the entire heat shield and did not see anything loose

The sound is heard only when the vehicle is running. After stopping and giving the accelerator well, no sound is heard

Most likely not, the HP Fuel pump usually produces a tick-type noise.
