FORScan Adapter 2007 Expy Limited

Hi, I am new here. I have a 2007 Expy limited with 188k miles. Which adapter will I need to use with FORScan? I want to be able to check any diagnostics and codes. Having low power and lower speeds even after Trans rebuilt. All help is appreciated.

Forscan seems to recommend OBDLINK EX for a pc and OBDLINK MX+ for iOS and android
