Joining the forum after we purchased a used 2021 Expedition Limited with less than 18,000 miles. It's our 4th Expedition! Having nothing but issues with the steering. Have had it in multiple times to two different Ford dealerships for alignments (aligns perfectly), steering rack was replaced & all other components related to the EPAS system have been checked. EPAS is off but it's like it is fighting against you at times and will either pull sharply to the right or to the left. It resists when you try and pull it back. Service techs can't figure out the problem but I do not feel safe driving it. Our local dealership that we have always purchased from brushed it off after trying to fix it and told my wife "it drives fantastic" when she noticed it pulling sharply the second she drove it off the lot. Sort of at a loss as to what to do so joined the group to see if anyone else has had issues similar to this and if you were able to fix it?
