Missing navigation disc for 03

I recently purchased a 2003 Eddie Bauer Expy 5.4L with the factory navigation. The vehicle has all the original navigation cds except disc #2 (NW). I am hoping someone can make a copy of the disc for me. It is the original version 2V series of the navteq discs. I have looked on ebay already and refuse to pay $50+ for one disc that is 10 years old. It is just the principle of having a complete set that is driving me to find that one disc.

I have Map #2 part #2L1T-18C912-BA and I need Map #1 part 2L1T-18C912-AA. I would be happy to copy and trade.
