New member from Tampa here. This forum is killer! I'm getting ready to do a 5.4 2V engine swap in my 2002 Expy EB that gave up the ghost (rod knock) at 217k. I've done a bunch of engine swaps but mainly on pushrod stuff. I already have the new crate long block sitting in my garage. Removal I'm not concerned with. However, re-installation, specifically lining up the engine/trans seems like it's gonna be a bit of a PITA. Any tip/tricks would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
