So I had my phasers, timing chains, tensioner, guides, vct solenoids, oil pump with melling high flow. I still have the same noise under acceleration, any ideas before I put a lockout kit and tune on it?

Check to see if it is a leaking Exhaust Manifold that is causing the noise. The 5.4 3V's are known for the Exhaust Manifold studs to rust and break, leading to leaks.

Noise, especially a rattling type noise, under acceleration could be caused by pre-igition. Try running 91 or higher octane for a tank or so. If it stops, there's the problem. Pre-ignition can be caused by timing issues and or carbon build up.

Try 2 things for quiet operation:

1) Rotella T6 Full Synthetic 5W40 (yes, the diesel one)
2) E85 fuel
