I updated my Sync3 today. I wasn't very hard, except one minor mistake. I didn't put the usb thumb drive in the correct usb port at first. Must use top usb port for this to work. I downloaded CyanLabs software to make this happen. https://cyanlabs.net/ I watched a video from https://youtu.be/YwItvBzH9Aw?si=z0B1KRqO9Ak-o2JK as my tutorial. I went from Version 2.0.16074 to the latest and greatest 3.4.23188. Part of my motivation was that I was experiencing lag between input on the screen and when Sync actually executing that input. Also was experiencing Bluetooth connection dropping out. I highly recommend doing this, especially if you don't want to pay the stealer(dealer).
