Trailer lights not working

Have a 2016 expedition. Hooked up my boat and have zero lights on anything. I have 12v at the negative and positive at the plug. Checked fuses and relays under hood and all are good. Any ideas?

Check trailer ground. I have seen them try to ground through the ball instead of plug... I assume you checked the 12V brake and turn signals at the plug? If so, it's the trailer...

Yeah checked pins on car and no power to turn signals or brakes
