Issue: Some 2024 Expedition/Navigator vehicles built on or before 19-Dec-2023 may exhibit lower than actual fuel level indication on the fuel gauge or inaccurate DTE displayed in the IPC after adding fuel to the vehicle. This may be due to the IPC software and can occur if the vehicle is shut off before placing the GSM in park (p) and then partially filling the fuel tank. To correct the condition, perform the IPC module programming using the latest level of the FDRS scan tool. Action: Follow the Service Procedure to correct the condition on vehicles that meet all of the following criteria:
