    6R80 transmission cooler lines warning

I'm sure you could rig up something with some clamps and hose, but the "proper OEM" repair is to replace the entire hard line back to the transmission. I have mine jury-rigged with 5-6 stainless clamps for the time being, until I get around to replacing it.

    6R80 transmission cooler lines warning

Well I was changing the oil today and just happened to check out my transmission cooler lines since I was down there. Wow!!! How this didn't come off (and take the transmission with it), I have no idea! Check those lines everyone!!

Will my brake rotors need to be replaced at 60k?

Decent rotors are not very expensive, especially from a retailer like rockauto.com. To me, the time savings and slightly extra cost of just getting new rotors is well worth it when compared to resurfacing. I recently replaced the pads, rotors, flex lines, and fluid on my Exp last year at about...

    4th Gen Amplifier Install Locations

I'm not sure where the factory amps are installed in the 4th gens, but here's how I did my 3rd gen (just to give you some ideas): https://www.expeditionforum.com/threads/i-replaced-both-factory-amplifiers-and-subwoofer-with-bonus-wire-colors-wiring-diagram.54025/

    ALLA LED headlights issue

Honestly surprised you got 2 years out of cheap LEDs. The only LEDs I would run are Morimoto.

    Flushing brake fluid

You will need to get a scan tool that has an ABS pump activation function. There are many options well under $200. You'll need to do your home work to decide which one works for your application. Here is just one example on the lower end of the price scale...

    Better mileage pulling trailer

Assuming everything is in well maintained proper working condition, the biggest mileage factor while towing is speed (specifically, aerodynamics). Slowing down to the lowest safe speed will get you the most mileage benefit.

2019 Expo XLT sways all over the place after hitting bumps

I've had two past vehicles that each had similar issues. One had a bad rear spring on one side and the other had a bad rear strut on one side.

Another 5.4L tapping noise thread (sorry)

It has been perfect since the major surgery, about 25k miles ago. I actually just listened to the heads a couple weeks ago with a mechanic stethoscope and they sounded great! The only other issue I've had since then is alternator bearings, easy fix.

    Brake wear!!!!!!!!

Uneven pad wear indicates an issue with the caliper. Either the guide pin(s) are frozen (as mentioned above) or the piston is bad.

    Ice in door jambs

I have had the exact same issue every winter in MN. I believe the ice and snow on the windshield and especially black plastic cowl melts in the sun, drips down the sides, and then re-freezes in the cold metal door jambs. I don't know how to fix this other than somehow redirecting the melted...

    Bad coolant flush/replace by dealership?

The coolant system on this vehicle is large and complex due to the rear HVAC system. It's likely they didn't get all of the air bubbles out of the system when refilling it, which means there is probably an air lock preventing coolant from flowing and why it's overheating and blowing fans. I...

    Flushing brake fluid

I purchased a vacuum fluid extractor and have found many uses for it, including brake bleeding. It worked very well. I will also add the need to cycle the ABS pump if you want to get all the fluid changed. https://www.amazon.com/EWK-Pneumatic-Changer-Extractor-Remover/dp/B06WD64H8Z/
