Sorry! Not sure how to work the forum, but my washer is not working front or back. The wipers work. I don't hear any additional noise when pressing the wash button on the turn signal. Is there a fuse to check? Where?

Check the owner’s manual for the location of the fuses and the diagram for which fuse is responsible for the pump(s). If the problem turns out to be the pump itself, I may have an extra depending on the specific part number needed.

Since this is the first google result, I registered on this forum to post this video which just solved the issue described here on my 2016 expedition ssv:

Back story: had a mechanic play around the fuse box while trying to find if my starter issue was related to a relay (it wasn't, starter just failed out of nowhere). He apparently swapped 2 relays. Putting back the "ab" one in the first spot fixed the issue right away.

Hope that'll help someone else some day!
