Well, I received the news today that our 2018 Expedition Plat Max needs the Phasers replaced. We got 100,000 miles out of them. Our extended warranty expired about 10k miles ago. Went in today for CEL P0018 and P0021 and running rough at times. Has everyone just had the dealer do the job, or is it worth exploring other options, such as an independent shop?
