Hi all. New guy here with an 08 xlt. Has anyone converted their 07-09 from the clutch fan to a 2010-14 factory electric setup? Specifically wanting to know if the later model radiator will drop in a 08 model. The wiring will utilize the existing harness for triggering the fans via relay. I can order a 2010 radiator and electric fan assembly cheaper than I can the original with fan clutch. Plus gain a mpg or two by going electric. Ive looked all over online and havent seen anyone doing this with oem parts which is kind of hard for me to believe. The rad core dimensions are very close so it should drop in unless they changed mounting holes. Thanks for any help.
