2017 3.5L Check Fuel Inlet P0456

Can anyone help me with this? I have cleaned the fuel inlet multiple times and check engine light keeps coming on. Any help on this would be much appreciated.

Sounds like you may have an issue with your EVAC system - could be a simple fix. Take a look at this Youtube clip which is generic for the code you listed: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v_QDSjd1-Lw

Thank you for that I have tried both of these actually replaced the evap canister which cost me 105.00 buck for the same issue to pop up once I cleared the code. Any other ideas?

Have you replaced the evaporative system purge solenoid?

If it sticks open, it can trigger this code (and cause a rough idle at engine start-up

Where is it located? I replaced the purge Valve that in under the plastic engine cover. Did I happen to miss something here?

I haven’t replaced the solenoid valve on my 2015 Expedition - just other cars.

I think (but not positive) it is under the engine cover. You had said you replaced the evaporative canister - so you also did the valve?
