Best source for schematics for 1999

Charged up the battery on my 1999 XLT and now most of the circuits are inoperative. Truck had been setting this winter, battery is fully charged and manintained. THe Relay 1 had severe clicking (overhead lights) so I pulled it. Electric seats work but nothing else does. Nothing on dashboard at all, no radio...
I am looking for a good source of schematics for it.
Ideas? Not a big fan of Chiltons or Hanyes.

I was able to find this for my 2013 from e-bay. Looks like a Ford shop manual. Very complete. unused. It was $8 plus shipping.
