So interesting. I downloaded the app and it does show up correctly in there. Not sure why it doesnt on the website, but regardless, relived its documented somewhere.

Mine has never shown up on the app. I have the dealer paper. I called ford and was told it was valid, but the dealer has to do something to make it show up. Weird. I can’t remember if I called the dealer to ask about fixing it or not. It’s kinda unnerving knowing somebody might say it’s not valid.
