Front Door Panel Removal for Door Speaker

Hi,
I did checked the web link which you have posted. But in that the Picture of the Power window switch is hidden by another picture. Do you any Idea that the Switch pops up when the door panel comes out, Or it have to be removed first. If have to be removed first do anyone know how.

Pry up power options switch panel to release two metal clips. Disconnect wiring harness and remove panel.

By the way, remember to remove the little panel below the door handle, and you will see two Torx T20 screws. That was the only confusing part.
