Front Lower control arm cracks

Has anyone heard of any type of Ford recall or ?? on the lower control arms of my 98?. They are both cracked half way through on the front arms? Dan

I am going to check mine ASAP. Upper or lower???

No recalls I can remember.

Here is a photo. One guy at the suspension shop suggests it is because of the 20" wheels.

I am not sure why they are not attaching, but it is the lower forward arm of the A arm.
