How often do you change oil?

how often do you change your oil and what type/brand oil do you use?

I only changed my expy oil once, the first time I bought it a several months ago. put about 1,400 miles so far. i used 5w20 gtx

how about you?

every 5000 miles, Havoline 10/30, purolator oil filter

every 5000 to 7000 miles. mobile 1, 5-30 synthetic and motorcraft filter.

4-5000 miles 10w30 Mobile 1 standard oil and fram oil filter. Everyone says not to use fram cause it does not have an anti-drain back valve or whatever, but I have never seen any problems with anyone I know who uses fram filters.

When I had mine I did it every 3000 with Valvoline High Mileage 10w 30, with a Mobil 1 oil filter.

Every 4 to 5K, fram filter, Mobil 1 10w30 full synthetic.

3000 on the spot. cant go any more or its all gone. shes a hybrid. burns gas and oil. also 5w30 castrol gtx high mileage.
