Did you notice the Expy was only 2wd? I think they both look cool but only good for show. The frame and original truck is probably a 1999. There are a lot of guys converting the older style 250's - 450's over to new sheetmetal. There is one running around by me that is a 1999 with over 300,000 miles that has 2009 metal and interior in it. It looks brand new but is old.

Its not fake it is a 99 with a 08 front end. Has been on ebay before, just seems like its been changing hands in the south Fl area.
