New replacement front seat leather cover 08

the front drivers seat leather has started to split on the back rest section (the perforated area). The interior of the car is in great shape, so I would like to get a new Ford or equivalent leather cover As it looks a mess with the hole. The seats are heated and cooled, I think that means there is a heater element sewn into the upper seat cover. Anyone know where I can get a new upper seat cover from? Apparently Ford no longer carries this part (car is to old). The car is an 08 limited extended expedition.
