Hi guys, it has been a while since my last thread where I was gathering informations for diff swap.
The second pic is the modified expedition next to my identical 2wd expedition.
I am in the process of testing the shocks and might lift a bit more.
For now the truck feels great, very torquey and decent fuel economy and no rubbing with the 35s. The shocks are much better than the stock or bilstein that I had on my 2wd.
This is the update of the completed truck, here are the specs:
4.10 front differential, rear 4.10 ring and pinion both from first gen raptor
Baja kits upper control arms from f150
17" first gen raptor wheels with 315/70r17 Yokohama A/T tires
25mm wheel spacers
Profender 2.5 Shocks (equivalent to king or fox 2.5), f150 front shocks and altered silverado front shocks fitted in the back
Custom tubular front bumper with light bar/led lights
Rear bumper trimmed and skidplate
The back of the front fenders were trimmed and the running board was shortened to avoid rubbing
Aftermarket transmission cooler
