Went ahead and installed the Ford security module (FT4Z-19A361-A). I didn't care about the remote start as the platinum already has it, I just wanted the shock sensor. So far it works great. Really wish you didn't need this massive module for a simple two stage shock sensor, but I'm glad it was plug and play.

Also bought a piece of 1/8" stock aluminum to make the rigid mounting bracket, I saw on some f150 forums that there's a company that makes the brackets, but they want $40 plus shipping. Bought two pieces of aluminum on eBay, shipped for $22 and it took me all of 30 minutes to make it all. And now I have extra aluminum.

I installed it this way specifically so I could access the adjustment knob for the sensitivity. Kind of a pain to get to the bolts though.

Also, for the site mods, shouldn't this thread just be a sticky?

2021 Expedition Max Stealth-
Bought In November 2021. Love it more every day! Waiting on a 2022 cyber orange Mach 1 with a handling package. Ordered November 2021 Fingers crossed for this year.

Back to the Max Stealth-
Heavy duty tow package. Has larger radiator from what I've read with 3.73's Non-limited slip.
Continuously controlled damping
Mishimoto Intercooler.
S&B Cold Air Intake.
SPD 170 Degree Thermostat.
Ford Performance Cold Spark Plugs.
Mangaflow Exhaust.
HP Tuners with 5-Star 93 Octane Performance Tune.
Mobile One Extended Performance
Change every 4-5k
Runs amazing!!!

Hoping to find the time soon to install...
SPD High Flow Catted Downpipe.
SPD turbo adapters.
Catch Can.
VTA BOV if I can't find a better quality over stock recirculating.
Mishimoto Intake, Hot and Cold Pipes.

Any upgrades suggestions?

Has anyone made it down the quarter mile in a 2018+?
I'm hoping to find the time in the near future!

According to the description on the RockAuto site, they come pregapped at .032? If tuned, or regularly running hard, .028 is the better gap. You mention that yet the description says .032?
Ok, I’ve been reading the threads where these plugs are mentioned. I have a stock setup with 20k miles on it. I tow a 5,200lb. boat and trailer several times per year. I’m pretty sold on upgrading these plugs. Plus I live in the Northeast so this thing sees the range of temperatures. What is the most appropriate gap for my setup? The .031” or .028” or something else? Is there anything else that should be changed on these motors when you swap the plugs? I’m still a new Ford guy so I’m learning what to do and not do. Thanks!

for the 2022, my order is planned for production, and I cannot go add the HD tow package. My wife now wants to have a tow hitch added so we can use the bike hitch. I'm wondering once I get the Expedition, would going to uhaul to get a hitch added, will it affect the warranty?

You are in luck. All Expeditions come from the factory with the tow hitch (2" x 2" receiver). The HD tow adds the capability to tow more weight (up to 9,300 lbs on some models vs. the non of 6,000 lbs). You'll have no issues installing your bike hitch.
