Can anyone tell me, with full certainly, what belts are inflatable, if your vehicle has them?

Also, can these be replaced? If so, is it easy to do, or a pain?

2nd row seatbelts by the doors (not the middle) can be inflatable, it is an option. Inflatable seatbelts are thicker and have a special buckle. It is easy to see the difference.

Probably so the seatbelts don't do internal damage like they usually do, and break ribs and collar bones and such. They distribute the pressure over a larger area to limit the damage to your body.

The inflatable belts are thicker, and the buckle has a different look to it than a normal buckle. I doubt it would be an easy swap if you don't have them. I'm sure they're tied into the whole safety system of the car, which triggers the air bag to deploy on impact. My F-150 Platinum had them.
