    I should have also added that the transmission shift points are right were they should be when in sport mode. We only have the problem in normal mode. I will try to reset on forscan tomorrow

    I have for scan as well but have not seen anything to reset/relearn the transmission. I will look again unless some has a link showing how to do it.

    They said their transmission guy had a heartache and was out for a few weeks. Regardless The software update fixed the hard shifting problem and clunking. It just created another issue but were super close to 60,000 miles when we took it in.

    We have a 2018 limited that was having issues with hard shifting and clunking which seems to be a common issue for these 10 speeds. Took it the dealer and they kept it a month but completed an update to the TCM under warranty which resolved the clunking issue. Now the shift points are not right...
