My first post on this forum.... 2004 EB dual climate + heated/cooled seats
Resolving multiple vacuum issues and blend door replacements, i found on this forum that there is a second blend actuator for the front system. Fortunately, i was replacing the vacuum solenoid manifold anyway, so my efforts to dive into the front console aren't for nothing. Sure enough, i can feel the dreaded clicking on the unit.
My help call is for any guidance or suggestion to remove the actuator. One of the best youtube tutorials suggests cutting part of the discharge ductwork to ease the access to the "Screw of resistance" located in the back of the unit..
Anyone have any suggestions on removing some of the duct work discharging into the floor?
