2007 Eddie b ac wiring diagram

hi everyone, as title suggests I have a 07 eb with ac issues, this is my first summer with the car so not had to use the ac until now, went to use it last week and nothing but hot air, I assumed that it was low on freon had it vacuumed out checked for leaks and correct amount of gas put in by a ac place, I don't hear the ac "click" in, I've checked all fuses in. both fuse boxes but I have no power out put from the ac clutch relay under bonnet (location 16 in the box) the only thing I don't know how to check (or what its purpose is) is the ac diode, if anyone has a diagram or any input that would be a great help

also my passenger blend door is clicking (didn't know really what it was until read another post) will get a replacement actuator, will this stop the ac from kicking in?
