so the wife calls and "all of a sudden" says she feels a bad vibration in the gas pedal and a loud humming sound..had new nitto 420's put on about 3 weeks ago and havent had a problem with them thus far..trans has already been flashed when i bought it a couple years back..has anybody had any similiar issues? do you think it needs to be flashed again..i havent had a chance to look at it myself or hear it due to me being at work..let me know what yall think..thanks..

I'd start by asking you to check for any fault codes...ie is the CEL on or are there any stored codes? Message center complaining about the TPMS perhaps?

I would have the tires checked. Maybe she hit a curb and a belt shifted in the tire. 
Also, were the tires road force balanced ?
