Hello, before I pull the trigger I am just making sure the 0 lift option actually gives the truck 0 lift. Can’t always trust what the websites say so I’m asking those who have installed to make sure

After installing mine, I didn’t notice any lift. I also measured the distance between the snap ring groove and the opposite spring location and it was the same as stock. Make sure you use the part numbers recommended by Hellwig. Whomever installs them needs to ensure they read the instructions on which snap ring groove to use. Some people reference front shocks for the f150 which will lift it.

No lift but you have to put the snap rings in the correct location for no lift. If you do it wrong it will lift it.

5100 I assume it’s a Bilstein. I just installed all 4 in a 2014 4WD. Bilstein 5100 have a snap ting to adjust to OEM ride height (0 lift). The rear lower bolt on mine had to be torqued to 406 ft lbs. I used a 3/4 drive torque gage from Harbour Freight and a 40” breaker bar from Amazon. Even then I had to use all my weight to get 406.
